These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the YouTube Speed Controller – Per Channel browser extension and related web services operated by Ocrivia ("we", "us", or "our") at ytspeedperchannel.ocrivia.com.

By installing the extension or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License & Permitted Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use YouTube Speed Controller – Per Channel for your personal or internal workflow purposes in accordance with these Terms.

2. Plans & Pricing

YouTube Speed Controller is offered as freemium software:

• Free Plan ($0): Allows saving a playback rate for 1 YouTube channel, automatic speed apply, and basic features.
• Premium Plan ($12/year): Unlocks unlimited channel speed presets, Focus Mode, configuration export/import across browsers, and priority support.

All prices are billed annually in USD unless otherwise specified. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.

3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with YouTube Speed Controller. If our extension does not meet your expectations, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

To claim a refund, email our support team at support@ocrivia.com with your purchase email or order ID. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will retain access to all Premium features until the end of your current paid billing cycle. No further charges will be billed to your account.

5. Merchant of Record

Orders are processed by our authorized Merchant of Record (such as Creem / Lemon Squeezy), who is responsible for order processing, billing inquiries, and local tax compliance.

6. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

YouTube Speed Controller – Per Channel, the software code, documentation, and website content are the intellectual property of Ocrivia.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ocrivia be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the extension. In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
